Some nights are for the wedding. These are for everyone else.
The Greenfield is built for the gatherings that fill a room with cousins, godparents, kids, and the people who have known you the longest. Two 1,900-square-foot rooms can be used together or on their own. A glass bay door opens onto a private garden and patio with new pavers, room for tents, food trucks, and a dance floor that still feels like the party.
Tables and chairs are included. You bring the food, the drinks, and the decorations.
Music wraps by 10. Guests can keep mingling, eating, and talking afterward.
Quinceañeras
A quinceañera needs space to change, space to receive, and space to dance.
Use one room for the court and family photos, the other for dinner, then open the bay door and let the party move outside. The yard is fenced and private, so the vals, the surprise dance, and the last set stay yours. Bands and DJs are welcome through 10. After that the night can stay easy—dessert, photos, and family—until 11.
Spanish-speaking staff can help with the tour and the booking. Bring your own décor, your own baker, your own playlist. The building holds the formal part of the evening; the garden holds the part everyone talks about after.
Family Reunions
Reunions fail when there is nowhere for the kids to go and nowhere for the old stories to land.
Here the indoor rooms give you a home base for the buffet, the photo boards, and the relatives who want to sit. The backyard gives everyone else air. Food trucks work well. So do long tables under a tent, a bounce house, and a cooler on the patio.
Book the whole day. People can arrive early and stay through midnight. Music ends at 10 so the neighborhood stays comfortable; the rooms and garden stay open for the conversations that always run long. Parking is free and close. The space is private enough that the weekend actually feels like yours.
Birthdays
Milestone or just another year—either way the guest list is rarely one size.
A 30th can be cocktails and string lights on the patio. A 70th can be a seated lunch in one room and dessert outside. A kid’s party can take the yard and leave the second room for the adults. Because you can rent one room or both, you are not paying for a ballroom you don’t need or squeezing a big family into a restaurant back room.
BYOB. Bring your cake. Keep the music going until 10, then let the night settle until 11:00.
