The Greenfield Event Space is located at 621 Greenfield St, Wilmington NC 28401, and also 619 Greenfield St. This is at the corner of S 7th St and Greenfield St. There is a side access door on 621 Greenfield St. which you will be able to enter any time for your event, and the main front doors can be opened from inside if you wish to use the front doors. The Greenfield is a family and budget friendly option, providing more space and value than any other venue in Wilmington, NC!

Our prices are:
$5000, Wedding Package for large parties or Reunions. Both rooms and the garden patio + yard, Full use of the property for large private events. Best value. Includes Friday for setup and decorating (cocktail reception, dinner also permitted), all day for the Event (morning until 10pm) and Sunday for tearing down. Take your time, maximum flexibility.
$2000, The Greenfield Event Space, both rooms and the garden patio + yard. For small parties, one day only.
50% deposit will reserve your date in our calendar. Upon receiving, we will send you a receipt of payment, a contract, and officially add your event to our calendar. The rest of the payment is due the day of, or before, the event.
The price includes the use of Chairs and tables, we have 20 large rectangular tables and around 130 chairs.
BYOB, please feel free to enjoy beverages among friends and family, but if you wish to have a ticketed event or sell alcohol, an event permit from ABC must be obtained.
The contract includes use of the Greenfield Event Space for the entire day(s) of your booking. You may come as early as you like the day of the party or after for cleaning.
Keep it clean! When finished, make sure all loose trash, bottles, food products are placed in bags in the bins outside, or in the bins provided inside.
